Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

1. The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
2. The goods retain their original tags.
3. The original receipt provided during shipping is included.
4. The goods are unused and undamaged.
5. The goods are not part of any sales or promotional offers.
6. The goods have not been exchanged previously.

Refund & Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are allowed for the same article in a different size only, provided all exchange eligibility criteria are met.

Additional Notes:

• Exchanges for orders are subject to delivery costs, which must be borne by the customer.
• Refunds are only available as store credit and cannot be redeemed for cash.

International Orders Returns are not available for international orders. Exchanges for international orders are subject to delivery costs, which must be covered by the customer.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or including personalized details, such as:
  • Custom sizes.
  • Custom colors.
  • Custom lengths.
• Please note: A maximum of one exchange is allowed per order or gift card.
