To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

- The goods retain their original tags.
- The original receipt provided during shipping is included.
- The goods are unused and undamaged.
- The goods are not part of any sales or promotional offers.
- The goods have not been exchanged previously.
Refund & Exchange Policy:
- Returns are allowed for the same article in a different size or for a different article, provided all exchange eligibility criteria are met.

- Exchanges for orders are subject to delivery costs, which must be borne by the customer.
